A luxury midrise apartment project called Azalea Court broke ground back in February and is nearing completion. The developer, Stonelake Capital, based in Dallas is also planning on building a 17-story Class A multifamily residential tower in the adjacent property.  The 11.2 acre site situated between Highland Village and the River Oaks District is being called a “mixed-use” project with more details to come.
