Uptown Park has a new luxury hi-rise in the works. Giorgio Borlenghi is constructing Belfiore, a 46-unit, 26-story luxury high-rise at the southeast corner of Post Oak Lane and South Wynden Drive, between San Felipe and Woodway. Perhaps you've notice the new Redstone development going up at 2200 Post Oak. This new 22-story building will be home to BBVA Compass Bank, a hotel with residences and parking garage. This is very exciting news for the Galleria/Uptown district of Houston.
